I use calibrated Megger and Fluke test equipment to measure insulation resistance, earth fault loop impedance, and protective device performance.

You receive an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) written in plain language, highlighting any immediate dangers, potential risks, or non‑compliances with current regulations. I explain what each observation means in practical terms - whether something is a priority safety issue or a recommended improvement for future planning.
