High voltage work is an area where there is no margin for error. My high voltage installations service is designed for industrial clients who need safe, compliant, and carefully engineered systems for demanding loads.
With more than a decade of experience and formal inspection and testing qualifications, I handle the full process from planning through to energisation. That starts with reviewing your supply arrangements, fault levels, and protection requirements, then selecting appropriate switchgear, transformers, and distribution routes. Clear discrimination between devices is built into the design so that a fault takes out only what is necessary, not your entire site.
On site, I install and terminate HV cables, glands, and terminations to manufacturer instructions and industry standards, paying attention to bending radii, support, and environmental protection. I ensure segregation from LV services, safe access for authorised personnel, and suitable earthing and bonding throughout the system.
Before anything is put into service, I carry out detailed testing - insulation resistance, pressure testing where required, ratio and polarity checks, and verification of protection settings. I then walk you through switching procedures, safety clearances, and isolation points so that your staff, or your external maintenance provider, can work confidently around the installation.
You receive clear drawings, test sheets, and certificates for your records, giving you evidence for insurers, auditors, and statutory inspections. Whether you are feeding a new production hall, upgrading an ageing transformer, or reorganising your site distribution, I can install high voltage infrastructure that supports your operation reliably while staying firmly within current regulations.
